Franciscan Brothers Celebrate Anniversaries of their Priestly Ordinations

Four of our friars are celebrating big anniversaries in their vocations this month. Friar Ed Costello is marking his 50th year of priesthood in Barnesville, Pennsylvania on Saturday. He will be celebrating with the people who are closest to him.

Friars Dennis Grumsey, Richard-Jacob Forcier, and Timothy Kulbicki have been priests for 25 years. The celebration of their ordinations is set to take place at St. Casimir’s Parish in Baltimore a day after Friar Ed’s.

All four of the above Franciscan Friars truly found their vocations when they entered the Order of Friars Minor Conventual. The fact that they are celebrating such substantial anniversaries is a testament to their having discerned what God wanted them to do in their lives.
