Workers from Franciscan Campus Ministries Meet with Friars
Catholic University of America
Last month at Catholic University of America (Washington, D.C.), workers from Franciscan campus ministries at Western Connecticut State University, Syracuse University, Wake Forest University, and Catholic University itself met with Friars Justin Biase and Michael Kolodziej for two days of meetings. On the agenda was an exchange of ideas and experiences. This exchange energized the participants; times of prayer helped to bring their various jobs back into focus.

So helpful was this meeting of ministry workers with Friars Justin and Michael that it will become a recurring gathering probably on a quarterly or biannual basis. Campus ministry workers risk wearing themselves out if they do not take a break from their work. These meetings will allow them to take that break and then return to work with their sense of mission renewed.
