FMA Enrollment Form

What is the FMA?  Become an FMA Promoter

Help Spread the Gospel by asking God’s Blessing on the special People you care about.

Franciscan Spiritual Enrollment Cards let you enroll your loved ones in the Franciscan Mission Association to share in the daily spiritual works, prayers, and Masses offered for their intentions by the Conventual Franciscan Friars.

The cards allow you to enroll relatives and/or friends for a specified time to share in the daily spiritual works, liturgies and prayers of the Conventual Franciscan Friars.

When you give a Franciscan Spiritual Enrollment Card you actually help many people. Your contribution helps the Conventual Franciscan Friars in their mission of proclaiming the Gospel and bringing God’s love and care to people by supporting the Friars' many ministries. Your donation ensures that hungry children are fed; homeless men and women find shelter; those challenged with physical and mental illness are cared for; and those who are disadvantaged find assistance to make a better life for themselves.
