Franciscan From Buffalo Graduates With MA Degree From Washington Theological Union While Staying Involved in Other Ministries

Friar Peter Tremblay (centre)
Friar Peter Tremblay graduated not long ago with a Master’s degree from the Washington Theological Union. Filled with a deep sense of faith and curiosity, Friar Peter has always enjoyed learning about the two millennia of Christian faith and analyzing these traditions.
A native of Buffalo, New York, Friar Peter attended St. Francis of Assisi High School in nearby Athol Springs. It was at St. Francis that he met the Franciscan Friars and realized his vocation in life.
Currently, Friar Peter resides at St. Casimir Parish in Baltimore. He is involved in several ministries at St. Casimir including marriage preparation and the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults. He has also begun the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Program at Johns Hopkins University. After completing his CPE, Friar Peter will be able to work with patients in hospitals who require pastoral care.
