Toronto's St. Clare Inn Nominated for Award

Founded by a group of Conventual Franciscans and lay people from the Franciscan Church of St. Bonaventure in Toronto, Ontario, the St. Clare Inn is a transitional home for women with mental health issues. Not long ago, the inn was nominated for the Riceworks Show Us Your Goodness Charity Contest.

To help the public learn about St. Clare Inn, Margaret Wallis-Duffy video-interviewed Friar Tom Purcell and Joanne Franey about the inn's history and mission. Friar Tom is the executive director of St. Clare Inn. Joanne is active on the inn’s board.
