Our covenant with our benefactors is to remember you in prayers and use your funds wisely. We pray twice a day for our friends and benefactors and never more conscientiously than when we remember our deceased benefactors in our last prayer of each day.

Bequests from your estate are welcomed and encouraged. Bequests may be directed to any of these specific areas of Franciscan ministry:

Foreign Missions: Friars work in the Third World, preaching the Gospel in areas that cannot financially support their efforts. They must rely on the support of benefactors in Canada.

Specialized Ministries: Bequests make possible initiatives such as the operation of the Prayer Line and counseling and animation programs.

Formation Programs: Your bequests support the education of young men who are following their vocation to become friars of the future.

Retirement Care: Bequests help fund the nursing care costs and living expenses of elderly friars who are no longer able to minister due to age or sickness.

Franciscan Ministries promotes the Gospel and the Franciscan Order across Canada.  The Centre assist the Friars in their various ministries, supports the Friars in formation and invites others to follow St. Francis of Assisi. The Friars thank you for your assistance, your generosity and support of our Franciscan ministries. Please be assured of the prayers and Masses of the Friars for your generosity.
